Extra Details: Feel free to limit whatever weapons or anything of the sort for any of the jobs in particular.

7. Is your faction generally hostile?: We're neutral, unless we're apart of the ranks of another faction (i.e. BCA, IRF, etc.). We remain neutral unless threatened or attacked. We will be hostile if in connection with another faction.

8. Up to how many members do you want in your faction?: About 15-20 to start off.

9. Any modifications requested for your faction? (health, armor, etc.)

Shadowy Overseer: 500 hp, 250+ armor, cloaking device, adv. lockpick, adv. keypad cracker, battering ram, bludgeon, elastic restraints, & grappling hook.
Mysterious Council?: 250 hp, 200 armor, cloaking device, & grappling hook.
Commander: 350 hp, 250 armor, cloaking device, adv. lockpick, adv. keypad cracker, battering ram, bludgeon, elastic restraints, & grappling hook.
Inner-Circle: 200 hp, 150 armor, cloaking device, adv. lockpick, adv. keypad cracker, battering ram, bludgeon, elastic restraints, & grappling hook.

Extra Details: Set limitations on any of the roles (maybe except for the top 2 roles) please? Also, allow us to have access to being able to warrant or want people if we're in connection of either the BCA or the IRF, or whichever faction is in-charge over enforcing the said laws.

10. What is the ultimate goal of your faction?: To uphold, to establish, and to create a controlled, livable, somewhat free environment in the post-apocalyptic era in which we're currently operating in. If by any chance we join ranks with another faction, we'll try our best to uphold that faction's goals along with our own if they correspond and provide support in terms of enforcing what we need to enforce to better help that faction and our own faction succeed in this hectic climate! We are here to enforce our own agenda regarding the apocalypse and what needs to be done about it, as well as be part of another faction as support if that faction supports what we enforce and strive to accomplish in this era.

11. How does your faction affect the overall story told in rp?: Just like the other faction (not the BCA or IRF), we came to this era via "other means," and as we got to this era, finding out what had transpired, we set out to help out whichever faction will allow us to enforce their rules that also allows us in turn to spread our ideals about this new era in which we're now operating in. How does our faction affect the overall story? Well, we're a neutral faction until threatened or if one side goes against our partnered side... We are here to establish what we want to achieve our long-term goals of containing this apocalyptic outbreak as well as understand it--maybe harness it for further uses in the future...? We also may keep in contact with other factions that are not in relation towards the BCA or the IRF...

14. Additional notes you want to mention to staff:
If possible and granted permission, as a faction, we are able to join the ranks of a given established faction (i.e. BCA, IRF) if the Faction Leader of said faction allows our faction to be connected to their ranks either during that time or for how long the duration shall be. The Faction Leader may also give us authority over said ranks below High-Command (and possibly Command) ranks in said faction, and must be at the discretion of the Faction Leader!
If also given permission by the Faction Leader of said faction, we'll also be able to enforce regulations in correlation to other Divisions' rules in accordance with the respective faction.
If given permission by the Faction Leader, we'll be able to initiate or conduct permanent kills on given non-command members in said faction if prompted to (or given) authorization by the Faction Leader!
Finally.., we may not authorize our own raids or whatever we do against another organization or individual unless we are raided or attacked first, or if the Faction Leader gives us the go ahead, but only if it is an emergency at the highest degree!
